Karen Naim is an interdisciplinary artist working across painting, photography, and mixed media. Born in Israel in 1972, she lives and creates between Israel, India, USA and Mexico.
Her practice explores the meeting point between mind and matter, perception and reality. She is drawn to the ordinary — simple objects, familiar moments and everyday materials — and transforms them through unexpected perspectives, allowing new meanings to emerge.
Expressive and intuitive, her work carries an emotional presence while leaving space for the viewer’s own interpretation.
Karen graduated with honors in Art Studies and Art Education from the Midrasha School of Art, Beit Berl. In 2014, she founded GoART, a home and studio in Goa, India, later continuing her creative space in Pardes Hanna, Israel.
Her work has been exhibited in Israel and internationally and featured in art publications in Israel and abroad.
