Through daily teachings, guided self-compassion and meditation practices, group sharing of insights and working with the teachings, you’ll explore the power of self-compassion for moving through inner blocks, dreamwork for inspiration, and the creative process as a path to healing and inner guidance.

This was the most meaningful journey I have been on.

MandalaHelen J Butlin, needle felted fibre art

What You'll Explore:

  • Integrating creative ebbs and flows using Carl Jung’s key insights on the way of the psyche and listening to your psyche’s wisdom in daily life

  • Image-centered knowing—an intuitive, body-based way of accessing inner wisdom and creative direction including

  • A method for working with your night dreams and creating from a dream

  • Self-Compassion tools that are deeply practical (no need to meditate if that’s not your thing)

  • Somatic Practices for anchoring fear, overwhelm

  • A method for working with the Inner Critic, Perfectionist, Saboteur (and any others!)

  • Creating within a warm community of fellow artists, seekers, and soul-travelers

Helen uses creative and poetic activities to engage the group and deepen our learning, and they are very effective! My creative side got to play and explore in this group, which was such a joy! I felt I learned so much about myself, and the things I’ve learned have stayed with me and will stay with me for a long time.
