Art Exhibition: Ceremonials: A Journey through Earth and Sky
Seattle-based artist Autumn Tranquilino presents a powerful new exhibition in Mexico, exploring themes of shamanism, ancestral energy, and transformation. Through vibrant, spiritually charged paintings, birds and wings emerge as symbols of freedom, vision, and the sacred. Rooted in both personal journey and ancient echoes, this body of work bridges the mystical and the earthly, inviting viewers into a space of reflection and awakening.

In a fabulous rocking chair...just rocking. Maybe roll up your pants and dangle your feet in our Indonesian stone-tiled pool. There are many nooks and crannies. Please make yourself at home.

Artistas Juntos Salon Series
Resident Artists will share about what inspires them, what they are working on here and images or readings … always a nice evening.

Art Exhibition: Stray Birds
My work expresses a love for nature and the creatures that inhabit it. Birds, in particular, appear repeatedly, as seen in my recent bodies of work Mist of Khaos and Absence. During my time in Ajijic, I’ve continued this exploration, working with graphite, watercolor, acrylics, and ink —moving between drawings, paintings, and prints—to evoke both the presence and fleeting nature of these creatures and their environments.

Paint In
We’re gathering to do painting together on the mirador. Bring something you’re already working on or come to enjoy the air. The views are incredible!

Art Exhibition: Grit and Grace
GRIT AND GRACE showcases the stunning works of John Clinock and Val Armstrong, who met at 360XQMX over a year ago, and have been painting together ever since. For both John and Val, it’s an experiment of sorts. Neither has exhibited work generated through a coming together of creative processes that promotes sharing despite very different styles. And yet, it seems this particular union is destined to generate synergy, beauty, personal healing and storytelling knit together through their shared Celtic heritage and deep British roots.
