At Silent Book Club, there's no assigned reading. All readers are welcome—ebooks, audiobooks, textbooks, novels, comic books... it's BYOBook. There is no cost to attend and this will be an alcohol-free event.

Friends and strangers gather at 6pm , purchase snacks or drinks, share what they're reading and settle in for an hour of silent, sustained reading from 6:30pm - 7:30pm. At the end of the hour, attendees can socialize—or not! If you are reading a page-turner and can't bear to put it down, keep reading for another thirty minutes.

Here at 360 XQMX there are endless possibilities for where you can spend your time reading. On the mirador, enjoying sunset. In the sala gallery, surrounded by art. In a fabulous rocking chair...just rocking. Maybe roll up your pants and dangle your feet in our Indonesian stone-tiled pool. There are many nooks and crannies. Please make yourself at home.

Gather, grab a drink or snack & find a place to get comfy for an hour of reading. Chat with your neighbor, if you like.

Art Exhibition: Stray Birds

My work expresses a love for nature and the creatures that inhabit it. Birds, in particular, appear repeatedly, as seen in my recent bodies of work Mist of Khaos and Absence. During my time in Ajijic, I’ve continued this exploration, working with graphite, watercolor, acrylics, and ink —moving between drawings, paintings, and prints—to evoke both the presence and fleeting nature of these creatures and their environments.
