On the 1st floor and adjacent to our stone-tiled and heated pool. These suites are great for those of you who might prefer not to climb stairs several times a day. The breakfast dining area, sala gallery, pool and jacuzzi are all on the first floor. So, they have easy access, with great light and lots of room to work.

All of the suites are the same size and have the same features…

  • a KING sized bed with SOFT, colorful sheets

  • a sofa

  • a SMART tv

  • WIFI (obviously)

  • air conditioning

  • a dresser and a closet

  • a private bath with fluffy, bright towels

  • a FULL KITCHEN with a pantry for storage

  • floor-to-ceiling glass doors that completely open, adding lots of bright sunshine and creating a real indoor/outdoor living concept

  • blackout curtains to ensure a dark room for sleeping

  • an entry patio outside each suite with a table and chairs… with room to paint, work, dine, gather…

  • To ensure a setting most conducive to your residency, 360 XQMX headquARTers does not allow children.

  • 360 XQMX has a resident mascot, Arthur.  He is a Jack Russell/Terrier combo and will be your best friend. The 360 XQMX headquARTers does not allow additional pets, unless they are certified service dogs.
