Suites #3 & #4
Both are located on the 1st floor. Suite #3 has a KING-sized bed as well as a MATRIMONIAL-sized bed (larger than a FULL and smaller than a QUEEN - it’s a Mexico thing). AND - (2) FULL bathrooms with modern plumbing! Suite #3 has a divider wall between the two sleeping areas to provide a bit of privacy. Suite #4 has a KING bed, sofa and (2) FULL bathrooms with modern plumbing! In addition, these rooms have a second entry off the kitchens … AND they lead to a shared private exterior lounge. We have placed comfy outdoor furniture, warm patio lights and colorful plastico picados (handmade Mexican flags). It is very charming at night. Anytime during the day you can paint, write, hang out, catch some rays, enjoy happy hour cocktails or just appreciate the night sky in your own private lounge!

A 50% deposit is required to reserve a suite. The remainder 50% is due two weeks prior to your arrival date.
Rates are SINGLE OCCUPANCY. Contact 360 XQMX if you will be traveling with another guest. Additional fees will be applied.

To ensure a setting most conducive to your residency, 360 XQMX headquARTers does not allow children.
360 XQMX has a resident mascot, Arthur. He is a Jack Russell/Terrier combo and will be your best friend. The 360 XQMX headquARTers does not allow additional pets, unless they are certified service dogs.
