Suites #8 & #9

Located in the southwest corner of the headquARTers and the view of the mountains is incredible. As they are also on the 2nd floor and face north, they offer a bit more privacy. Just around the corner from the group studio terrace, these two rooms have the most amazing views. I easily see enjoying a beverage at the end of the day and gazing at that view. You will love them!

All of the suites are the same size and have the same features…

• a KING sized bed with SOFT, colorful sheets

• a sofa

• a SMART tv

• WIFI (obviously)

• air conditioning

• a dresser and a closet

• a private bath with fluffy, bright towels and modern plumbing

• a FULL KITCHEN with a pantry for storage

• floor-to-ceiling glass doors that completely open, adding lots of bright sunshine and creating a real indoor/outdoor living concept

• blackout curtains to ensure a dark room for sleeping

• an entry patio outside each suite with a table and chairs… with room to paint, work, dine, gather…

Suite #8 & #9: $2,100 MXN per night

ADDITIONAL NOTES (applicable to all suites): 

• Local Lodging Tax: 20%

• Credit Card Processing Fee: 4.75%

• If stay is (28+) nights, a 10% discount is applied

• If stay is (56+) nights, a 15% discount is applied 

• A 50% deposit is required to reserve a suite. The remainder 50% is due two weeks prior to your arrival date.

• Rates are SINGLE OCCUPANCY. Contact 360 XQMX if you will be traveling with another guest. Additional fees will be applied. 

• The 360 XQMX headquARTers is a non-smoking facility.

• To ensure a setting most conducive to your residency, 360 XQMX headquARTers does not allow children.

• 360 XQMX has a resident mascot, Arthur.  He is a Jack Russell/Terrier combo and will be your best friend. The 360 XQMX headquARTers does not allow additional pets, unless they are certified service dogs.
