Suites #5, #6 & #7

On the 2nd floor and have a Juliet balcony just off the kitchen. This gives you an additional place to write, paint, compose or just enjoy your morning coffee. The balconies look out onto Constitución and during parade season they will be the perfect place to view the festivities. Being on the second floor, it puts you within a few steps of the gym equipment and the group studio terrace. One flight up is the scenic mirador ... another place where you can enjoy the spectacular mountain views while writing, doing yoga, painting, reading a book or having a sunset beverage. 

All of the suites are the same size and have the same features…

• a KING sized bed with SOFT, colorful sheets

• a sofa

• a SMART tv

• WIFI (obviously)

• air conditioning

• a dresser and a closet

• a private bath with fluffy, bright towels

• a FULL KITCHEN with a pantry for storage

• floor-to-ceiling glass doors that completely open, adding lots of bright sunshine and creating a real indoor/outdoor living concept

• blackout curtains to ensure a dark room for sleeping

• an entry patio outside each suite with a table and chairs… with room to paint, work, dine, gather…

Suite #5 & #6 & #7: $1,900 MXN per night

• If stay is (28+) nights, a 10% discount is applied

• Rates are SINGLE OCCUPANCY. Contact 360 XQMX if you will be traveling with another guest. Additional fees will be applied. 

• The 360 XQMX headquARTers is a non-smoking facility.

• To ensure a setting most conducive to your residency, 360 XQMX headquARTers does not allow children.

• 360 XQMX has a resident mascot, Arthur.  He is a Jack Russell/Terrier combo and will be your best friend. The 360 XQMX headquARTers does not allow additional pets, unless they are certified service dogs.
