Join 360 XQMX for a culinary whirlwind. Your welcome dinner and closing dinner will be at local restaurants known for their traditional cuisine. Each day will begin with a comforting breakfast that is Mexican inspired.
You will participate in seven (late morning) culinary workshops, led by local cooks and chefs. Each workshop will focus on one standard Mexican item, allowing you to build your repertoire. At the end of each workshop your lunch will be comprised of the items you just learned to prepare. On Wednesday you will be assigned a random ingredient with a stipend and you will purchase the specific ingredient at the local street market or a local shop in town. The group will cook collaboratively, preparing dinner for that evening. On Sunday, you will have the day to yourself. That evening, a Fleetwood Mac & Cheese Dance Party will be happening on the mirador (rooftop terrace). It will be a combo Fleetwood Mac dance party and a Mac & Cheese competition. If you wish to enter the competition, you will have the day to prepare your best Mac & Cheese recipe.
You will be responsible for two lunches and six dinners. Local restaurants with Mexican cuisine will be recommended to you so you can explore. Rates below include all taxes and fees. A 50% deposit is required to reserve a suite. The remainder 50% will be due two weeks prior to your arrival . If you wish to extend your residency, you could stay an additional three nights. Please mention it when contacting us to reserve your suite and we will provide you with the additional fee.
